Amendment of section 57F
Section 57F(2) of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “or relevant contribution” in paragraph (f) and substituting the words “, relevant contribution or amount withdrawn under section 57DA”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after paragraph (f), the following paragraph:“(fa)the whole or any part of the interest paid on the amount withdrawn from the member’s account under section 57DA to be dealt with in all or any of the following manner:
(i)
retained in that account;
(ii)
withdrawn from that account and paid to the member;
(iii)
transferred to the general moneys of the Fund;”.
