Amendment of section 125
Section 125 of the Women’s Charter is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “in the custody of his or her father or his or her mother” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “in the custody, or in the care and control, of the child’s father or mother”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “custody” in subsection (2), the words “, or in whose care and control,”.
