Amendment of section 129
Section 129 of the Women’s Charter is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “agreement relating to the custody of a child, whether made before or after 1st June 1981” and substituting the words “agreement relating to the custody, or the care and control, of a child, regardless when the agreement was made”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “custody” in the section heading, the word “, etc.”.
