Amendment of section 67
Section 67 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting “2015” in subsection (7) and substituting “2021”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after subsection (7), the following subsection:“(8) Approval under this section may not be granted to any company in respect of any project under subsection (1)(a) to (h) on or after 1 January 2024.”.
