Amendment of section 195

Section 195 of the Companies Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “or branch register kept in Singapore” in subsections (1), (2) and (3);

(b)

by deleting the words “or branch register” in subsections (3) and (4); and

(c)

by deleting the word “corporation” wherever it appears in subsections (1) to (4) and substituting in each case the word “company”.
