Clause 17

Section 201AA(1) of the Companies Act is amended by deleting the words “if the company has dispensed with the holding of its annual general meeting under section 175A” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “in respect of any financial year for which the company need not hold an annual general meeting because of section 175A(1)”.
