Amendment of section 207
Section 207 of the Companies Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (10), the following subsection:“(11) The reference to the registers of —
(a)
a company in subsection (5);
(b)
a subsidiary corporation of a parent company in subsection (6); or
(c)
a corporation in subsection (10),does not include any register kept by the company, subsidiary corporation of a parent company or corporation, as the case may be, under Part XIA.”.
