Clause 2

Section 2(1) of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act (called in this Act the principal Act) is amended by deleting the full‑stop at the end of the definition of “residential address” and substituting a semi‑colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following definition:“ “solicitor” means an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court.”.
