Amendment of Fifth Schedule

The Fifth Schedule to the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “of solvency or insolvency” in paragraph 3(2)(d);

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “seal” in paragraph 20(2)(d), the words “, if any”;

(c)

by deleting the words “2 years” in paragraph 67(2) and (3) and substituting in each case the words “5 years”; and

(d)

by deleting sub‑paragraphs (b) and (c) of paragraph 67(3).
