Clause 11

Section 48 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(3) To avoid doubt, nothing in Part III affects the operation of the provisions of the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act 2015 (Act 5 of 2015) in relation to any Liquor Control Zone declared under section 15(1) of that Act that falls wholly or partly within a special event area.”.
