Amendment of section 20

Section 20 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “section 13(2)” in paragraph (a) and substituting the words “section 13(1)”;

(b)

by deleting the words “section 15(5)” in paragraph (a) and substituting the words “section 15(3)”; and

(c)

by deleting “$2,000” and substituting “$5,000”.
