Amendment of section 30

Section 30 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “subsection (5)” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “section 31B”;

(b)

by deleting the words “section 27” in subsection (1)(a)(i) and substituting the words “section 27(1)”;

(c)

by deleting the words “section 28” in subsection (1)(a)(ii) and substituting the words “section 29”;

(d)

by deleting the words “section 29” in subsection (1)(a)(iii) and substituting the words “section 28”; and

(e)

by deleting subsection (5).
