Amendment of section 40

Section 40 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “fuel economy requirements” and substituting the words “requirements on fuel economy and vehicular emissions”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “fuel economy requirements” in the section heading and substituting the words “requirements on fuel economy and vehicular emissions”.
