Amendment of section 17

Section 17 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “registrable goods” in subsection (1)(a) and substituting the words “regulated goods”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “section 13(4)” in subsections (1)(a) and (c) and (4)(a) and substituting in each case the words “section 13(2)”.
