Amendment of section 45
Section 45 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “articles” wherever it appears in subsections (3)(a), (b) and (A) and (5), the words “, non‑physical products, or devices for projecting non‑physical products,”;
(b)
by deleting the words “made in the exercise of the powers conferred by this section” in subsection (3)(B) and substituting the words “, non‑physical products, or devices for projecting non‑physical products, originally intended for the services of the Government”; and
(c)
by deleting the words “to make an article, or any use of an article,” in subsection (4).
