Amendment of section 4

Section 4 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting subsection (2);

(b)

by deleting the words “, in a case not falling within subsection (2),” in subsection (3);

(c)

by deleting the words “Subsections (2) and (3) are” in subsection (4) and substituting the words “Subsection (3) is”; and

(d)

by inserting, immediately after the word “article” wherever it appears in subsection (5), the words “or non‑physical product”.
