Amendment of section 10
Section 10 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “an article” in subsections (1) and (3), the words “or a non‑physical product”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “articles” in subsection (1)(a) and (b) and in the section heading, the words “or non‑physical products”; and
(c)
by inserting, immediately after the words “other article” in subsection (3)(a) and (b), the words “or non‑physical product”.
