Clause 22

Amendment of section 65

Section 65 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by renumbering the section as subsection (1) of that section, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following subsection:“(2) This Division does not apply where the pertinent financial institution is a co‑operative society.”; and

(b)

by deleting the section heading and substituting the following section heading:“General provisions”.
