Clause 41

Consequential amendments to Financial Advisers Act

The Financial Advisers Act (Cap. 110, 2007 Ed.) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “section 30X” in section 70B(a) and substituting the words “section 152”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after section 77, the following section:“Application of this Part77A. This Part does not apply to any request for assistance mentioned in section 154(1) of the Monetary Authority of Singapore Act (Cap. 186).”.
