Clause 45

Consequential amendment to Payment Systems (Oversight) Act

The Payment Systems (Oversight) Act (Cap. 222A, 2007 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after section 41, the following section:“Application of this Part41A. This Part does not apply to any request for assistance mentioned in section 154(1) of the Monetary Authority of Singapore Act (Cap. 186).”.
