Clause 12
Punishment
Where an officer‑in‑charge deals with a case summarily, the officer‑in‑charge may, if a finding of guilt is recorded, impose one or more of the following punishments:
(a)
reprimand;
(b)
where the cadet holds a rank, reduction in rank; (c)suspension of membership in the National Police Cadet Corps or the National Civil Defence Cadet Corps, as the case may be, for a period not exceeding 3 months.
