Amendment of section 111

Section 111 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “, or by any nomination under section 49M(2) of the Insurance Act (Cap. 142),” in subsection (1); and

(b)

by deleting the words “, other than sections 49M and 61 thereof” in subsection (2)(aa).
