Repeal and re-enactment of section 46
Section 46 of the principal Act is repealed and the following section substituted therefor:“Sittings in camera, etc.46.—
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), all matters and proceedings in the Court are to be heard in camera.(2) The Court has power to hear any matter or part of a matter in public, if the Court is satisfied that it is expedient in the interests of justice, or for other sufficient reason to do so.”.
