Clause 3

The principal Act is amended by renumbering section 10 as subsection (1) of that section, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following subsection:“(2) Every member, officer and employee of the Corporation is, in relation to his administration, collection and enforcement of payment of composition sums under section 67, taken to be a public officer for the purposes of the Financial Procedure Act (Cap. 109); and section 20 of that Act applies to each of these persons even though he is not or was not in the employment of the Government.”.
