Amendment of section 19
Section 19 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “within 14 days of” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “not later than the 14th day after”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “within 21 days” in subsection (4) and substituting the words “not later than the 21st day”.
