Amendment of section 30
Section 30 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “in section 33” in subsection (2)(a), the words “or under a notice under section 37(4A)”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “section 37(1)” in subsection (2)(d), the words “or (3)”; and
(c)
by inserting, immediately after the words “the by‑law referred to in subsection (2)(a) was made” in subsection (3)(b)(ii), the words “or the notice under section 37(4A) was given”.
