Amendment of section 34
Section 34 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately before the word “execute” in subsection (2)(b), the words “pursuant to an ordinary resolution,”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “management corporation may” in subsection (4), the words “, by an ordinary resolution,”.
