Amendment of section 40
Section 40 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “within 30 days when” in subsections (6)(b) and (9) and substituting in each case the words “on or before the 30th day after”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “within 14 days from” in subsection (10) and substituting the words “before the 14th day after”.
