Amendment of section 47

Section 47 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “within 7 days” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “on or before the 7th day”;

(b)

by deleting the words “21 days” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “the 21st day”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the words “make a copy of, the document” in subsection (4), the words “upon payment of a fee (if prescribed)”.
