Amendment of section 78
Section 78(4) of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “Chief Surveyor” in paragraph (b), the words “and the instrument required by the Registrar under section 10A of the Land Titles (Strata) Act for the limited common property is registered under that Act”.
