Consequential amendments to other Acts
(1)
Section 22(2) of the Housing Developers (Control and Licensing) Act (Cap. 130, 1985 Ed.) is amended by deleting paragraph (cb).
(2)
Section 10(2) of the Sale of Commercial Properties Act (Cap. 281, 1985 Ed.) is amended by deleting paragraph (cb).
(3)
Section 17 of the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Act 2005 (Act 42 of 2005) is amended by deleting paragraphs (e) to (j).
