Amendment of section 11
Section 11 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “(including any staged development)” in subsection (1);
(b)
by deleting subsections (2), (4) and (6); and
(c)
by deleting the words “or, in the case of a lot or proposed lot in a staged development, within a range of share values, determined in accordance with the proposed share values or proposed range of share values, as the case may be,” in subsection (8) and substituting the words “determined in accordance with the proposed share values”.
