Amendment of section 36
Section 36(3) of the Planning Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (a); and
(b)
by deleting the full‑stop at the end of paragraph (b) and substituting the word “; or”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(c)the development relates to one single dwelling‑house on the land and the proposed development is to develop the land for a use other than as land with only one single dwelling‑house on it.”.
