Amendment of section 14A
Section 14A of the Planning Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “, in accordance with rules made under section 61, an application for written permission is required to be accompanied by any certificate or declaration” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “an application for written permission is required under this Act to be accompanied by any declaration”;
(b)
by deleting the words “basis of the certificate or” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “basis of the”;
(c)
by deleting subsection (5); and
(d)
by deleting the words “certificate or” in the section heading.
