Clause 12

Amendment of section 15

Section 15 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:“(2) A person is not entitled to registration under subsection (1)(a) or (b) unless the person satisfies the Board that he has —

(a)

passed such examination as may be prescribed by the Board; and

(b)

after obtaining the relevant qualifications mentioned in subsection (1), acquired practical experience of such nature and duration as may be prescribed by the Board.”.
