Clause 13

Section 17C of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(3) Despite subsection (2), any person whose name and particulars have been removed from the register of professional engineers under section 17B(1), may make a fresh application for registration at any time in accordance with the provisions of Part IV, and the Board may consider the application.”.
