Amendment of section 97
Section 97 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “, obstructs or molests” and substituting the words “or obstructs”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “contractors”, the words “, or any appointed officer,”; and
(c)
by inserting, immediately after the word “Authority” in the section heading, the word “, etc.,”.
