Amendment of section 7
Section 7 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (p) of subsection (1), and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(pa)to regulate the operation and safety of inland craft in reservoirs and waterways; and”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “in the port” in subsection (2)(d), the words “and in reservoirs and waterways”.
