Member of state force to produce evidence of identity and authority
(1)
Any member of a state force who seeks to enter any premises to implement or maintain any security measure in accordance with the Minister’s order under section 58, or remove any security measure in accordance with the Minister’s notice under section 59, must, on demand by the owner or occupier of the premises, produce evidence of the member’s identity and authority to do so.
(2)
Despite any provision of this Act, it is not an offence for the owner or occupier of any premises to refuse entry by a member of a state force to the premises if the member does not comply with subsection (1).
