Interpretation of this Part
In this Part —“key”, in relation to a lock, means a device or information normally used to operate the lock;“lock” means a device for securing a door or window or other part of premises, and includes a lock in a master key system;“master key system” means a set of locks in which —
each lock or subset of locks has a unique key; and
one single key or master key can operate all the locks in the set.
