Clause 21

Offence of entering premises subject to premises closure order

(1)

No person may enter any premises that are subject to a premises closure order which is in force unless the person —

(a)

is permitted by the Commissioner to enter the premises; and

(b)

complies with any condition of entry that the Commissioner may impose when granting that permission.

(2)

Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $15,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or to both.
