Clause 8
Form and validity of licence
(1)
Every licence must specify the premises at which the business of providing massage services may be carried on and must be in such form as the Licensing Officer may determine.
(2)
Every licence continues in force for the period specified in the licence unless it is earlier revoked under section 12.
(3)
A licence is not renewable.
