Amendment of section 23
Section 23 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection:“(1) All premises mentioned in section 22 must have a planting area that conforms with the prescribed dimensions or those dimensions as modified under subsection (6).”; and
(b)
by deleting subsection (6) and substituting the following subsection:“(6) The Commissioner may, in any particular case, modify or waive, subject to such terms and conditions as the Commissioner may impose, the prescribed dimensions of a planting area.”.
