Clause 12

Section 27(1) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “premises fronting, adjoining or abutting any public street, the Commissioner may at any time serve on the occupier of any premises fronting, adjoining or abutting that public street” and substituting the words “any premises (whether or not mentioned in section 22) fronting, adjoining or abutting any public street, the Commissioner may at any time serve on the occupier of those premises”.
