Amendment of section 63

Section 63(2) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:“(b)the applications for approval under this Act, including the manner of such applications and the documents to be submitted;”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately before the word “regulating” in paragraph (e), the words “prescribing the manner for measuring the dimensions of a planting area, and”; and

(c)

by deleting paragraph (f).
