Clause 25

Sections 8 and 11 do not apply to any application for an approval under sections 20 and 32 of the principal Act made before the date of commencement of sections 8 and 11, respectively, and sections 14 and 23 of the principal Act as in force immediately before that date continue to apply to such an application as if sections 8 and 11 had not been enacted.
