Repeal and re-enactment of section 35
Section 35 of the principal Act is repealed and the following section substituted therefor:“Fees, charges, etc., collected by Chief Executive or authorised officer35.—
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), all fees, charges and other moneys recovered or collected by the Chief Executive or an authorised officer under this Act are to be paid to the Authority.(2) All composition sums collected by the Chief Executive or an authorised officer under section 34 are to be paid into the Consolidated Fund.”.
