Amendment of section 21
Section 21 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “obtained by him in connection with the administration or execution of this Act” in subsection (1), the words “or the regulations”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “this Act” in subsection (1)(b) and (c), the words “or the regulations”;
(c)
by inserting, immediately after paragraph (b) of subsection (1), the following paragraph:“(ba)under and in accordance with any other written law;”; and
(d)
by deleting “$2,000” in subsection (2) and substituting “$4,000”.
