Amendment of section 17

Section 17 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “under this Act”, the words “or the regulations”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “seizable offences given by” and substituting the words “any arrestable case mentioned in section 18(1) of”.
