Clause 21

by deleting the word “making” in section 6(1) and substituting the word “manufacturing”; and

by deleting the word “appliance” wherever it appears in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “food contact article”:Sections 6(1), (2) and (3), 8, 10(2), 26, 27(a), 28(1), 30(3)(a), 31, 32, 33(1)(a), (b) and (c), (4) and (5), 37(1), 41(2)(a) and 42(1) and section heading.
